Planning Transportation Platform
About the Project
The Transport Planning Platform is an integrated digital solution developed to create and manage operational plans for transporting pilgrims between the Holy Sites during the Hajj season. It enables users to create a separate plan for each operational phase, covering routes, schedules, buses, stations, parking areas, entrances, and exits according to the nature of movement and the requirements of each phase.
The platform also connects the General Transport Center with transport companies and service centers through role-based access permissions. It supports the allocation of transport contracts, accommodation facilities, and pilgrims, while enabling the monitoring of plan execution and performance indicators through dashboards and interactive maps. This helps unify data, strengthen coordination between stakeholders, support faster and more accurate operational decision-making, and enhance the efficiency and quality of transportation services provided to pilgrims.
