Tsleem - Government Entities Platform
About the Project
One of the Tsleem portals, this digital platform is designed to manage the handover of sites and camps to government entities and track the related procedures electronically. It enables users to schedule inspection and handover appointments.
The platform also allows system administrators to create flexible electronic handover records and customize their content according to each site’s requirements, record approvals from relevant entities, and track the handover status until all procedures are completed and the required services are activated. This ensures an organized and well-documented process while enhancing coordination between government entities and Kidana.
Tsleem
We designed and developed the official corporate website of the Tsleem center to serve as its primary digital presence, showcasing the center’s services, operations, and integrated technology ecosystem.
The website highlights the Center’s role in organizing the handover of camps and sites across the Holy Sites. It also introduces the digital platforms within the Tsleem ecosystem: the Beneficiary Entities Platform, the Government Entities Platform, the Field Monitoring Platform, and the Tsleem mobile application, outlining the purpose of each platform and its intended users.
The website was developed to provide a clear and seamless user experience while reflecting the Center’s identity and its role in standardizing and organizing procedures related to camps and sites. It also highlights how the Center strengthens communication and integration among Hajj service providers, government entities, and other relevant stakeholders, contributing to greater operational efficiency and improved service quality to pilgrims.
