About the Project
A mobile application designed for employees of participating departments and field monitoring teams, enabling them to conduct inspection visits and document the condition of camps and sites directly from the field. The application allows users to identify the location and type of issue, select primary and secondary fault categories, provide a detailed description of the problem, and attach supporting photos and videos to the report.
The application is integrated with the Field Monitoring Platform, allowing visit and incident data to be updated and tracked in real time. This helps accelerate the documentation of observations, refer reports to the relevant entities, and improve the efficiency of field monitoring and corrective actions.
Tsleem - Field Monitoring Platform
One of the Tsleem portals, this digital platform specializes in managing field monitoring activities and inspection visits to camps and sites, as well as tracking the readiness of Hajj service providers’ facilities. It enables participating departments to create and assign visits to field monitoring staff, review reports and violations, refer them to the relevant entities, and track corrective actions until their completion is verified and closure is approved.
The platform also provides comprehensive data and reports on the status of sites, visits, and reported issues. This enhances coordination among stakeholders, accelerates the resolution of observations, and improves operational readiness and the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah.
